Terms of use
Purpose
Site Portfolio Monitor is operated by Guang Wu for personal website monitoring. Its public pages provide information about the tool and its data practices. Use of the monitoring workflow is limited to the operator and properties they are authorized to access.
Authorized access
The operator is responsible for having permission to access the configured Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties, protecting credentials, and complying with the applicable Google API terms. Google account permission controls determine which properties are accessible.
Reports and decisions
Reports support human review. API reporting delays, consent settings, incomplete data, attribution differences, and collection failures can affect results. Search Console and Analytics use different reporting definitions and time zones. Older fallback data is identified in reports.
The operator reviews evidence before making website, content, or business decisions. A reported click or event does not by itself establish a successful user outcome. Availability and completeness depend on local execution and external services.
Data practices
The privacy policy describes data access, local storage, automation processing, retention, and revocation.
Stopping use
The operator can stop the workflow and revoke Google authorization at any time. Stored reports and credentials can be removed through owner-approved local actions.
